Solely out of curiousity, what do all you other SIP-heads read? I think it'd be interesting to find out... novels, other comics, whatever. Here's mine; 100 Bullets, Lucifer, Eagle, Blue Monday, Poison Elves, Transmetropolitan, Preacher, Barry Ween, Dragonlance novels, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, Tom Clancy... and so on. Anyone else?
(btw, a newbie question; how do you insert the smileys into the text? I've tried standard methods, and they don't seem to work; thanks)

Just found this out as I was about to ask the same Q the other day. In the box where you type the wordy bit of your message on the left is a little underline blue caption saying Smilies legend click on this, it tell you what to type to get certain smilies. I'm going to try it for the 1st time now

OK I've tried editing the smilie message and I still can't get rid of the smilie that was supposed to be the D in Deep. Obviously smilies are very determined once you've let them loose.

I figured it was a well done (cajun style, even) question, but being new, message board genetics forced me to ask it...
Forgive me, everyone! lol

Oh, nothing against you for starting the thread...this is just one of the topics that pops back up every few months, and as I said, I get the chance to add my latest discovery...

At Wizard World I found a few things I had been seeking, and which I recommend:
Dignifying Science (TPB) by various artists.
Finder #22 & #23 by Carla Speed MacNeil.
Amy Unbounded (ashcan) by Rachel Hartman.
Prince Valiant (folio reprints) by Hal Foster.
And from the store, I recently got Murder Me Dead #7 by David Lapham. Age of Bronze #11 by Eric Shanower. Ghost Circles (Bone TPB) by Jeff Smith.
A Distant Soil #32 is due later this month, so I haven't read it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

Well, I have a question for Janine773, but I'll cleverly disguise it as an answer to this post as well...first off, what I read: Bitchwidget (A web comic a friend of a friend does) Wally Lamb (BOY OH BOY is an Author overdue for another awesome book!) and I just got into Ann Tyler, and Thomas Harris. No other books, but I'll definately keep on the lookout for some of the titles discussed in the thread. Now for my question for Janine773...Im in K-zoo going to Western and my subscription is about to run out, (it's also being forwarded from my old address, so it takes forever to get my SIP fix) Where do you get SIP in our neck of the woods? E-Mail me if you don't want to clutter this thread! Thanks!! Go Terry! Woo Woo!
